The Beta Xi Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi has fallen on hard times. Unfortunately the house we all know and love at 71 Spruce Street has been deemed unsafe to occupy by the town of Oneonta and has been ordered to be shut down until significant repairs have been made. The Alumni association is deciding between repairing the house to bring it up to code which will cost well over $30,000, or completely starting over with a new property. This is an effort led by the Alumni Corporation to raise the funds needed to save our house and our Brotherhood. We ask that you please reflect on your time as an Undergraduate Member as you consider your donation to help save 71 Spruce. All donations will go directly to housing efforts made by the Alumni Association. Once a Brother, always a Brother. Please assist us in helping our Brothers in need.
