I was accepted into my dream school which is LIM. LIM stands for Laboratory Intuition of Merchandising and this school is my dream school before it was the only school I wanted to go too. It was that feeling in my heart that I knew it was the place for me to be at. LIM is very different compare to many fashion schools, it's not only a fashion but it's also a business school where it helps students to gain better understanding of both fashion and business. Everyone that knows me understands how much this means to me. I had to defer twice and I no longer have the option to defer again. If I don't attend this year I'll lose my deposit that I sent in last year since I have already deferred. This is the only chance I have to attend LIM without having to lose my deposit payment. Due to the lack of funds I have it's very hard for me to attend school especially when there's limited scholarships I can only apply for. I have been out of school for about a year now and I never imagined I'll be in this situation. I graduated from Stamford High School in 2013 and I never thought that I would have been in this situation after leaving high school. All I have is my mother and we're trying to do our best so that I'm about to start in the fall. Getting an education means a lot to me and by getting extra help it would help me be able to keep chasing after my dreams. Having the extra funds would help with tuition fees, traveling fees and my book fees.
