What I'm Fundraising For
I want to finish my degree this summer at Blue Ridge Community College. I am doing all I can to earn money through my job, but I would really appreciate some help during these tough times.
Why This Is Important To Me:
Unfortunately I'm in a very tight spot financially at the moment; I'm in a transition period where I'm moving apartments, starting a new job, trying to find a new psychiatrist, and attending driving school. On top of this, my university messed up and did not inform me that I needed 13 more elective credits in order to graduate. I decided to take them online at community college to complete my degree, but I don't have the funds right now in order to attend. I'm worried about the status of my job and my student loans if I cannot earn my Bachelor's this summer.
My mom is also going back to school to get her Bachelor’s in social work, and I don’t want her to feel she has to give up on her dream in order to support me. She deserves to be happy and pursue something she’s put off for so long in order to help her kids and others financially.
How I Will Use The Funds:
I will use these funds to pay for my community college tuition as well as books and other supplies that I might need.
